This website introduces the S.C.A.L.E. methodology, the 100 Questions executive question system, thought leadership and S.C.A.L.E. Transformation Advisory. Its content is general educational and informational material, not an assessment of a particular initiative or a guarantee of financial or business results. Decisions require your own evidence, context and appropriate professional judgment.
Advisory engagements
Submitting an inquiry does not create an advisory engagement or a confidential professional relationship. Any advisory work is subject to a separate agreement defining scope, responsibilities and terms. Do not submit confidential initiative documents through the public inquiry form.
Content and intellectual property
S.C.A.L.E.™ is a trademark of Torie Thomas. Unless otherwise identified, the original methodology, writing and website materials are protected intellectual property. Access to previews or the complimentary guidebook does not grant rights to resell, redistribute, license or commercially repackage those materials. Contact Torie for permission requests. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners, and rights permitted by applicable law are unaffected.
Previews and forthcoming experiences
S.C.A.L.E. Lens is in development, with initial availability planned by the end of Q4 2026. This is a planned timeframe, not a statement that the experience is currently available. Concept interfaces and features may evolve before release. Public methodology previews do not provide access to the full workbook or its tools.

External resources, including guidebook signup through Kit, are governed by their own terms. Links are provided for convenience or attribution and do not imply endorsement or a partnership. Do not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material.
